Can you copy a part from a physical sample?+

A suitable sample can support evaluation, but it may be worn, distorted, or incomplete. We will identify missing information and avoid treating damaged dimensions as confirmed design intent.

Do you guarantee compatibility with undocumented equipment?+

Compatibility depends on the accuracy and completeness of the supplied requirements. Functional interfaces and acceptance criteria should be confirmed before production.

Can you make several spares after the first part?+

Yes. Once requirements are confirmed, additional low-volume spares can be quoted using the established part information.
